To stay sustainable and keep our prices fair, we package goods in certain quantities. Once we reach our minimum shipping batch, orders are shipped together directly from our supplier. This helps us reduce waste and work toward a healthier planet—thank you for supporting this mission!


Delivery

Here’s what you can expect for order processing and shipping times:

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days (Mon–Sat)

  • Delivery time: 5–8 business days (Mon–Sat)

  • Shipping carriers: Depending on your country, parcels are delivered by DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

Estimated total delivery time = Processing time + Delivery time.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a personal track & trace code via email so you can follow your package in real time.

Lost Package?

Good news—no import duties, taxes, or tariffs apply to your order.


Non-Home or Postal Delivery

If your package is delivered to a post office instead of your door, Emmy’s Boutique still covers the delivery costs. However, if the package is not picked up or accepted, it will automatically be returned to the supplier.
